We're Hiring a Maintenance Person!
Your Responsibilities
You will be attending to the day-to-day needs of our properties, including:
- General plastering and painting.
- Performing basic plumbing & electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Inspecting properties and reporting on any maintenance needs.
- Attending to general wear and tear as needed.
- Duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Already in Malta with a Maltese work permit.
- A 'can-do' and problem-solving approach to work.
- A commitment to quality work and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently on your own initiative.
- Good standard in both written and spoken English.
- A clean police conduct and a valid driver’s license.
- A smart and pleasant personality.
What We Offer & Key Details
